Today`s guest started his first business at 24 as a market trader turning over his first million £ by age 27
He then started an online insurance business from study and sold it ten years later for seven figures
He was involved in the Dubai property market for 10 years
He bought an ailing Lettings business in his home city of Leicester- turned it into the number 1 selling real estate company in three years out of 240 agents and then sold it a few years later for a seven-figure sum.
He moved to the UK from India at the age of 10 to join his family who already lived there and received only 6 years of formal education and from a very early age he knew he wanted to be rich and knew that he would one day achieve it.
He made his first million using his wife's savings and then lost it all in the recession. He gave up alcohol over a year ago after years of abuse and was recently diagnosed with an enlarged prostate and is currently undergoing investigations for prostate cancer.
And after selling his business He is now using his years of experience and knowledge into helping others get started in property with PPA his property training and education business.
He has been married for 32 years and has twins who both graduated last year and work in London.
