This meditation is for those that are feeling the pain of losing someone they love. It will connect you with love in your heart to bring about acceptance.
It is vital that you take time each day to allow yourself to heal. Grief if you let it is consuming. It wrecks the immune system, leaving you depleted and vulnerable to infection.
It is easy to mask emotions to avoid pain - this meditation is not about ignoring the pain I urge you to allow yourself to feel the pain and any other emotion - and be patient with the process. Healing takes time and commitment. However, it is important you do the work - the more you meditate, the more you will learn how to keep the love and the energy flowing deep inside you. If you feel the need to cry during this meditation that's okay - let your emotions coming to the surface!
