It was good to sit down with a fellow Northerner. When I learnt was from a small town called Redcar, just a few miles from where I grew up I knew I wanted to get him on the Podcast. Dave is not only a world-class public coach having carved out a successful career for himself in the ME and abroad. He is still a Northerner at heart - funny and down to earth.
